We have moved our office to the lower level of the building, so you must be able to go down and up a flight of stairs to come in. If you cannot, please call the office and we can try to make other accommodations.
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given we will charge your credit card the amount of the service you booked unless you send someone in your place. While we do not enjoy charging clients for last minute changes, we simply cannot accommodate them as they result in lost wages for our staff. Thank you for your understanding and for giving as much notice as possible for any changes or cancellations.
